Getting Involved & Links To Further Information

We have no paid pastor or minister. To function, our community relies on the contributions of many people. We have active committees that each take on part of the responsibility for our Meeting's  spiritual and community life. Serving on a committee is not only a way to contribute to the Meeting, but also to deepen one’s spiritual and social connections within our community. We encourage all to become involved to the extent they are able, and as they feel led to do so.

The following Internet resources can help you learn more about the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers):

Friends General Conference – the organization that provides support to unprogramed Quaker Meetings, like Langley Hill Friends Meeting, throughout the US and Canada.

Belief Net – an internet-based service that can recommend, based on your stated beliefs, spiritual communities that might assist you on your spiritual journey.
